What is the rate for private tutoring?
The rate is $30 per hour for one-on-one sessions. This reflects individualized attention, customized instruction, and preparation.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held in a public location in Monument or another mutually convenient public space. This keeps the environment comfortable, neutral, and focused.
How is tutoring different from the group class?
Tutoring is personalized, flexible, tailored to your goals, paced to your needs, and focused on specific skills or challenges. The group class is structured, collaborative, and designed for 8–10 learners working through the same curriculum.
Do I need tutoring to participate in a group class?
No. Tutoring is optional. Many learners use it to strengthen particular skills, prepare for a future group session, or get extra practice between classes.
Do you offer remote tutoring (Zoom/Skype/WebEx)?
Yes. Remote sessions are available and work well for conversation practice, writing support, exam prep, and software training.
What can we focus on during tutoring?
Pronunciation, grammar support, conversation practice, confidence building, review of Foundations material, preparation for travel, strengthening weak areas, academic writing, study skills, and business/tech workflows.
